This month has been all NHL, the next one will also contain MLB which starts up tonight! We’ve also had a couple of great streaks going 7 in a row on two occasions.

Opening night is finally here! Todays fixture figure the newest addition to the American League, the Houston Astros, they’re starting at home versus the Texas Rangers. As todays game will be very important and exciting for the Houston Astros I’ve chosen to stay away from picking a winner. The Rangers are huge favourites but the spirit and atmosphere the Astros should bring to this game might tip it in their favour. Instead I’ve chosen to play over 8,5 runs as the powerful Rangers hopefully will knock in quite a few runs. I also believe that there is better value in this bet instead of playing the Rangers or the Astros. Both pitchers also had quite high numbers in spring training. Todays game contain some interesting subjects as well, for the first time we’ll see how the Rangers handle the departure of Josh Hamilton. He shocked quite a few when he left Texas as a free agent for their largest rivals, the Angels. So it’s all set for a memorable opener as we finally get going!
Flames won against the Avalanche last night, so we got full score on our pick. The second pick was voided. Thats because Jarome Iginla wasn’t playing because the Flames traded him to the Penguins this morning. This is shocking news in the NHL. The Penguins have a massive team now with players like Crosby, Malkin, Letang, Kunitz, Dupuis and Iginla.
We went up by 4,15 units last night, so it was a good night. Tonights picks will be available later.
